Effective Date: April 28, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website floridastreemasters.com and any tree care, tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, land clearing, or related services (“Services”) provided by Florida’s Tree Masters LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company located at 722 Tondreault Ct, Port Orange, FL 32127. By visiting our website, requesting an estimate, or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, contacting us, or engaging our Services, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

2. Services

Florida’s Tree Masters provides tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, land clearing, debris cleanup, and emergency storm response across Volusia, Flagler, Seminole, and St. Johns Counties, Florida. The exact scope of any job will be described in the written estimate or work order signed by both parties.

3. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise in writing. Estimates are based on the conditions visible at the time of inspection. If conditions change, additional hidden hazards are discovered, or the scope expands, we reserve the right to adjust pricing with your prior approval before continuing the work.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large jobs. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law and may be referred to collections, with the customer responsible for reasonable collection and attorney’s fees.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a non-emergency job by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a trip/mobilization fee. Emergency storm work, once dispatched, is non-cancellable.

6. Site Access and Customer Responsibilities

Customer is responsible for ensuring our crew has safe and lawful access to the work site, identifying property lines, locating private utilities (sprinkler lines, septic systems, invisible fences, etc.), and moving vehicles or personal property out of the work zone before our arrival. We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed or unmarked private underground utilities or improvements.

7. Liability Limitations

Florida’s Tree Masters is fully licensed and insured. Our liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for damage caused by acts of God, customer-supplied information that proves inaccurate, pre-existing conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Photography and Marketing

We may take before/after photographs of completed work for portfolio, marketing, training, and quality-assurance purposes. Photos will not include identifying personal information about the customer or the property’s street address unless the customer provides written permission.

9. SMS and Communication Consent

By providing your phone number through our website forms, contact channels, or in person, you consent to receive transactional and informational text messages from Florida’s Tree Masters related to your estimate, scheduling, work updates, follow-ups, and occasional service offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your use of the website and our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
